File can not download because the virus scan failed in windows 11 how do I fix that

 Please follow these steps to resolved this issue 

Pressing Windows+R together 

Type "Regedit" and press enter to open the registry editor. 

Navigate to \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\AttachmentOnce 

You have found the Attachment folder click on it to locate ScanWithAntivirus on the right side, right-click on ScanWithAntivirus, select modify and put the value as "0" (i.e equals "off").This will fix the problem of "Virus Scan Failed" every time you attempt any download.
